We stand by every stitch. If you receive a patch that doesn’t meet your expectations due to production errors, let us know at your earliest. We’ll do revisions on it at no extra cost. We may ask for a photo or a short note to better understand the issue, but we’ll never ask you to ship the item back before we fix it.

To press your patch professionally:
  1. Position Your Patch: Tape it onto the garment using heat-resistant thermal tape.
  2. Load Garment Face Down: Place the garment on the heat press with the patch facing the lower plate.
  3. Press: Cover with a protective sheet and press at 325°F for 20 seconds using 70-80 PSI pressure.
  4. Cool & Peel: Let it cool for 30 seconds before peeling off the tape.
  5. For thick garments (hoodies, jackets), flip the garment inside out and press from the reverse side.

We accept all file types, JPG, PNG, PDF, or even a hand-made sketch. Our embroidery digitizers will handle the rest. However, vector formats like AI, EPS, or SVG deliver the best results. Raster art should be at least 300 DPI. Our team can help with minor edits and resizing at no extra charge. For complex designs, we recommend consulting with us beforehand to ensure stitch clarity and colour accuracy.

  1. Washing: Turn the garment inside out and use cold or lukewarm water on a gentle cycle.
  2. Drying: Air drying is best. If you must machine dry, use the lowest heat setting.
  3. Avoid: Bleach, fabric softeners, and ironing directly over the patch.
Proper care helps retain the patch’s shape, colour, and stitch integrity, even after dozens of washes.

Didn’t love your patch? Contact us within 45 days via phone, email, or chat. We’ll investigate and reprint when necessary with no hidden charges. Just a genuine effort to get it right.

If there’s a digitizing error, colour mismatch, or production fault, we’ll fix it. Submit an Order Issue Form with a clear photo. We won’t ask you to return anything unless absolutely necessary.
