Iron Patches started with a simple frustration—ordering custom patches shouldn’t feel like guesswork.
As small business owners ourselves, we needed high-quality iron on patches and embroidered patches for our own products. But what we got? Delays, low-res mockups, poor stitching, and vendors that just didn’t get the assignment.
So we flipped the script.
We brought together skilled digitizers, sharp designers, and reliable production partners to launch IronPatches.com—a place where custom patches are done right, every time.
From our very first order, our focus has been clear:

Since 1989
Our journey began in 1989, with a single Barudan embroidery machine imported from Japan. Back then, we were focused on local vendor work—sewing custom embroidery for garments, uniforms, and factories. Every stitch was done with precision, patience, and pride.
But like every story worth telling, ours had its turning point.
In 2008, after the global recession hit hard, we pivoted and launched Embpunch — a company focused on providing high-quality embroidery digitizing services to clients across the globe. That shift opened new doors and taught us the power of precision in pixels as well as thread.
Fast forward to 2018, and IronPatches.com was born—our boldest move yet. With decades of embroidery experience and thousands of digitized designs under our belt, we decided to bring something fresh to the table:

Today, Iron Patches serves clients across the USA, Canada, and worldwide, offering embroidered patches, iron on patches, PVC, chenille, and more—all with low minimums, fast turnaround, and zero compromise on quality.
